Convert Bank Statements to Excel
Bank statements are the hardest PDFs to convert: two-column Withdrawals/Deposits layouts, running balances, page headers that repeat. This tool handles those, then reconciles the statement's own beginning and ending balances and shows you the difference before you download.

How it works
- 1
Upload
Drop your PDF into the converter — digital tables directly, scanned pages via on-device OCR.
- 2
Preview
Check the extracted table first. Low-confidence cells are highlighted red, and balances are reconciled up front.
- 3
Download
Confirm, then get a clean .xlsx (Transactions + Summary sheets) or .csv — amounts are numbers, dates are real dates.
Frequently asked questions
Which banks does it work with?
It reads the table structure, not a per-bank template, so most US bank statements work (Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Amex and others). Unusual layouts may extract less cleanly — the preview shows you before you download.
What if the balances don't reconcile?
The preview shows the exact difference. A mismatch usually means a row was misread — check the red-highlighted low-confidence cells first.
Do you store my bank statements?
No. Files are deleted automatically within 1 hour, the upload folder is excluded from all backups, and nobody reviews your files.
Is there a page limit?
Yes — 10 free pages per browser, and 20 pages per file. Paid packs are one-time: $9 for 100 pages, $29 for 500, $79 for 2,000.
Can I use the Excel file for bookkeeping?
The numbers are real numbers and dates are real dates, so they import cleanly into Excel, Google Sheets or accounting tools. Always verify the reconciliation line first — this is a probe, not audited software.
