Short version: PDF Probe converts PDF tables to Excel. You pay once per pack of pages; we do not promise perfect extraction.
- What the tool does. PDF Probe extracts tables from PDF files and returns them as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Digital PDFs are read from the text layer; scanned or photographed PDFs are read with on-device OCR. Bank statements include a beginning/ending balance check.
- Free tier. The first 10 pages per browser are free, no account needed. After that you need a signed-in account with pages in your wallet.
- Page packs (one-time). Starter $9 for 100 pages, Growth $29 for 500 pages, Pro $79 for 2,000 pages. Pages never expire. Payment is processed by Waffo.com Limited, the merchant of record; prices are in USD.
- No guaranteed results. Extraction accuracy depends on the quality of your PDF. Scanned pages, unusual layouts, and handwriting can produce errors — always check the preview before using the output for anything important. We do not guarantee that a file will convert, or that every cell will be correct.
- Your files. Uploads and extracted results are deleted automatically within 1 hour. Files are never used to train models and no human reviews them. See our Privacy page for the full data model.
- Accounts. An account stores only your email address (plus a Google subject ID if you sign in with Google). You are responsible for keeping your login to yourself; pages in your wallet are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
- Fair use. Do not abuse the service — no automated bulk uploads designed to evade the page limits, no illegal content, no attempts to disrupt the service. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
