Refund Policy

Short version: if a pack did not work for you, email us and we will refund it — and the pages from that pack are taken back from your wallet.

How to request a refund. Email haiyuwrld@gmail.com from the email address you paid with, and include the pack you bought and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
What gets refunded. Refunds are for the page pack you bought (Starter $9 / Growth $29 / Pro $79, one-time). If only part of a pack is refunded, the refund is proportional.
Pages are deducted. When a refund succeeds, the pages credited by that pack are deducted from your wallet — proportionally for a partial refund. The deduction is clamped at zero, so your balance can never go negative, but pages you already spent cannot be returned.
Who processes it. Payments are processed by Waffo.com Limited, the merchant of record. Once approved, the money goes back to your original payment method; banks and card issuers can take several business days to show it.
When a refund may not apply. Pages you have already used to convert files cannot be refunded for those pages. Abuse of the service (for example, bulk uploads designed to evade page limits) may disqualify a refund.
Failed conversions. If a file fails to convert at all, the pages for that file are returned automatically — you are not charged pages for a conversion that errored. If you believe pages were wrongly deducted, email us and we will check the ledger.
