The service
The llms.txt Generator & Checker (part of Clioos) at
clioos.com/llms-txt/ lets you
(1) draft a spec-oriented llms.txt (and optional
llms-full.txt outline) from form fields using a
pure template, and (2) check pasted Markdown structure or a
public URL for structural compliance with the
llmstxt.org convention.
We are not affiliated with llmstxt.org.
Generation does not call OpenAI, Perplexity, or other AI APIs and does not crawl your whole site. Live URL checking, when enabled on the server, only fetches the public URL you submit (with size, redirect, and private-network protections).
No citation or ranking guarantee
Publishing an llms.txt file (whether generated here or elsewhere)
does not guarantee that any AI product will read, cite,
mention, recommend, or rank your site or brand. Output from this tool is a
convenience draft / structural check only. You must not treat results as SEO,
GEO, legal, or marketing advice, or as a promise of traffic.
Free use — no account, no subscription on this page
Generate and check use is free and does not require an account or email. This page has no subscription, check packs, or payment checkout. Optional links to AI Visibility Lite point to a separate Clioos product with its own pricing, terms, and privacy policy.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the site names, URLs, summaries, links, and other text you submit, and for any public URL you ask us to fetch. Do not submit secrets, credentials, unlawful content, or personal data you are not allowed to process. Do not use the tool to attack, scan, or overload third-party systems; do not attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls; do not submit non-public or internal-network targets.
By using Check with a URL, you instruct us to request that public resource on your behalf solely to validate structure and return a result to you.
Rate limits and availability
We apply per-IP rate limits (on the order of tens of requests per minute for generate and check). The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the free probe at any time.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clioos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this free tool. Because this page does not sell paid packs, there is no purchase price to refund here; paid products (if any) are covered under their own policies.
Privacy
How we handle inputs, IP-based rate limiting, and analytics is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted on this page applies to your use from that date forward.
