Terms of Service

The service

AI Visibility Lite (part of Clioos) lets you enter a brand and buyer questions, then queries OpenAI and Perplexity through their official APIs (platform-managed keys; no BYOK in v1). We return a snapshot that shows whether your brand string (and optional aliases/domain) appears in those API responses. We do not scrape ChatGPT.com, Perplexity’s consumer UI, or any other chat website.

Results are snapshots — no ranking or citation guarantee

Every result is a point-in-time snapshot of model API output. It is not a guarantee that any AI product will mention, cite, recommend, or rank your brand. API answers can differ from what you see in a consumer web UI because of model versions, retrieval, personalization, timing, and geography. See Methodology for detection rules and the no-guarantee list. You must not treat results as SEO/GEO advice, legal advice, or a promise of traffic.

Checks and packs

A check runs a fixed set of buyer questions on both engines (see the product UI for the current question count). Free allowance: 3 free checks per email, one-time. Paid packs are one-time purchases: $12.99 for 30 checks and $29.99 for 100 checks. Paid checks never expire. There is no subscription and we will not charge recurring fees for these packs.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Waffo (Waffo.com Limited) as merchant of record. We do not store your card details. Your purchase is complete when the purchased checks appear in the wallet bound to your email; if payment succeeds but checks are not credited, we will fulfil manually or refund you — see the Refund Policy.

Your content and third-party AI processors

You are responsible for the brand names, domains, aliases, competitor names, questions, and other text you submit. By using the service you instruct us to send that submitted content to OpenAI and Perplexity so they can generate answers for your check. Do not submit secrets, unlawful content, or personal data you are not allowed to process. You may not resell the service, scrape it, or attempt to bypass quotas, Turnstile, or rate limits.

Email and accounts

V1 does not require a full account with a password. Your email binds free and paid check balances and is used as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
