Short version: we use your email to issue an API key and to notify you when paid packs launch. We do not sell it. Screenshots expire in one hour.
Account email. Used only to send a verification code, deliver your API key, and email you when paid packs launch. Never sold or shared with advertisers.
Google sign-in. If you use Google, we store your Google subject ID and email so we can find your key again. We do not receive your Google password.
Render logs. For each request we keep the URL, timestamp, success/failure and approximate IP, for quota enforcement and probe statistics. Cached screenshot files expire after 1 hour and are deleted.
Verification codes. Unused codes expire automatically after 10 minutes and are deleted.
Analytics. Self-hosted Umami on umami.clioos.com — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Deletion. Email contact@clioos.com from the same address and we will delete your account, API key and render history.
