What is free, exactly?
The free tier is deliberately useful, not a demo: the 6.9-inch size is the one size most iPhone apps need, and it is free with unlimited exports.
Free — 6.9-inch
1320×2868 PNG, unlimited exports, all three templates, all four languages. No account, no watermark, no upload. This is the size you can ship with today.
Paid pack — other sizes
6.5-inch (1284×2778), 5.5-inch (1242×2208) and iPad 13-inch (2064×2752). Not on sale yet — join the waitlist and we will email you when the pack launches.
No subscriptions
When the paid pack arrives it will be a one-time purchase, like our other tools. We do not sell subscriptions and we do not charge anything during this probe.

One honest question that decides whether we build the paid pack at all. Your answer is anonymous unless you add your email.
Privacy & data retention
Short version: your screenshots never leave your device. We only store what you deliberately send us.
- Your screenshots — never uploaded, never stored. The editor runs entirely in your browser (Canvas). No image data is sent to our server, and we have no way to see your screenshots.
- Export counts — anonymous. Each successful export records one anonymous row: size, template, language, and your IP address. The IP is used only to enforce the fair-use limit (100 exports per IP per day). No name, no email, no image.
- Paid-pack waitlist — email + pack choice. If you join the waitlist we store your email address, which pack interests you, and when you signed up. We use it only to email you when the paid packs launch. No verification email is sent today, and no payment is taken.
- Feedback — your words + optional email. If you send feedback we store the text, whether you said you would buy the paid pack, and your email only if you provide one.
- Rate-limit logs — IP + time only. To enforce the daily limits (20 waitlist signups and 20 feedback submissions per IP per day) we keep a minimal log of IP address and time. It contains no personal data beyond the IP.
- Analytics — anonymous page visits. Page visits are counted with our own self-hosted Umami analytics (umami.clioos.com). No third-party trackers, no advertising cookies.
- How long we keep it. Records stay in the live database while this probe runs so we can measure it. Daily database backups are kept for 14 days and then deleted.
- Deletion. Email contact@clioos.com from the address you used and we will delete your waitlist entry and any feedback tied to that email. Export counts are anonymous (IP only) and cannot be matched to a person.

Which App Store size is free?
The 6.9-inch size (1320×2868 pixels, iPhone 16 Pro Max / 17 Pro Max) is free with unlimited exports. No account and no payment are needed.
Are my screenshots uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs in your browser with Canvas. Your screenshot never leaves your device; only an anonymous count of successful exports is recorded.
What sizes does the tool support?
Four sizes: 6.9-inch 1320×2868 (free), 6.5-inch 1284×2778, 5.5-inch 1242×2208, and iPad 13-inch 2064×2752. The three non-free sizes are locked during the probe and open with the paid pack.
Can I upload the exported PNG to App Store Connect?
Yes. Exports are PNG files at the exact pixel dimensions App Store Connect accepts for each size, in RGB with no transparency.
Do I need an account to export?
No. Upload a screenshot, pick a template, edit the text, and export. The only thing that asks for an email is the waitlist for paid size packs.
When will the paid size packs be available?
